RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At PrismRest (prismrest.com), we stand behind the quality of our bedding products. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure a transparent shopping experience for our European customers.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION (24-HOUR WINDOW)

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we provide a strict window for cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour period has passed, your order is sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be canceled. In this case, you must receive the item and follow our 30-day Return Policy.

2. RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)

We offer a return period of 30 days starting from the date your order is successfully delivered.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
  • Hygiene Clause: Due to health and hygiene standards for bedding, items that show signs of use, laundering, or have been removed from sealed hygiene packaging are not eligible for return.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To ensure a smooth refund process, customers must strictly follow these steps:

  1. Photo Submission: Contact us at support@gemea.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging to confirm its condition.
  2. Approval: Once we verify the condition of the item, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
  3. Return Label Requirement: After shipping the item back, you must send us a photo or digital copy of the Return Shipping Label (or tracking receipt) as proof of shipment.
  4. Refund Issuance: We will process your refund once the return shipment is verified and the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

4. INCORRECT ITEMS OR SHIPPING ERRORS

If we make a mistake with your order, we will take full responsibility:

  • Scope: This applies if we have shipped the wrong design, wrong color, or wrong size compared to your original order.
  • Our Solution: We will ship the correct item to you as a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Notification: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the incorrect item to arrange your replacement.

5. NO EXCHANGES

Please note that PrismRest does not accept standard exchanges. If you wish to change an item for a different style or size (not due to our error), you must place a new order on our website.

6. REFUND METHOD

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or original Credit/Debit card).
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
